Nwamaka Emeruem, DNP, MSN, MBA, NP-C, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) at @Ease Psychiatry, located in Duncanville, Texas. 

Nwamaka earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington in May 2012. She then went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from South University in June 2017 before earning her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with a PMHNP certification from Brandman University in August 2019. 

Nwamaka has a broad range of experience practicing as a nurse practitioner in a variety of adult health care settings. At @Ease Psychiatry, Nwamaka performs thorough psychiatric assessments and develops effective, evidence-based treatment plans based on each individual's needs. She offers medication management as needed and can administer treatment with Spravato (esketamine) to qualifying adults with treatment-resistant depression (TRD).
